Heavy Metal comics produced the 25th anniversary collection. This is a fantastic read that was done with Eastman and Laird. I’m sure all of you know that it was Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird who created the initial comic series back in 1984. I’m also sure that I don’t have to explain that E=mc2, thought he two is a little big I hope you get the idea. Point being you knew all of this. In fact you probably already knew about the book, and have read it 14 times.
The book is a series of stories that creates a good feeling of the real ninja turtles. If you can manage to find a copy of this book I highly recommend it. That said I have a book that was available at the same time.
Bodycount! Guess what happens in this book. If you guessed he bakes a cake and sells it on eBay, you are only partially correct. He also kills so many people its borderline ridiculous.
Once you start something you need to. . well maybe you just need to murder so many more people that you lose track of everything else in life.
Strait up wreckage and dead bodies. Guns blazing people dying and a fantastic read. So to answer the question; What did the 25th anniversary of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles mean for us all? It means that we get to read comic books that kept up with our lives. I loved them as a kid, and now I get to read a book that understands that i’m 25 years older than I was before.
