The keyboard itself is IP32 water resistant for protection against spills for all you gamers out there that tend to spill things on your desk in the heat of the moment and don’t want to worry about your keyboard getting destroyed due to some spilled soda which to be honest I’ve had happen a few times and it’s been nice not having to replace my keyboard yet due to spills.
The RGB on the keyboard features Customizable 10-zone RGB illumination which reacts to games and Discord and can be fun to tie certain colors to certain alerts on discord or to games that you are playing to really set the mood right or to just have it flash your favorite colors across while you are using it for every day use and SteelSeries Engine makes it really easy to do all of this without getting too technical. The keys themselves are very quiet compared to other keyboards I have used that are around the same price range.
The magnetic wrist rest isn’t something that i use a whole lot but is nice to have when I do want it there and really easy and smooth to just pop off when I don’t want it in the way or don’t need to rest my wrists on anything.
The keyboard also features Dedicated multimedia controls for easily adjusting volume and media which is a little spinning knob on the top right of the keyboard that comes in handy when you need to turn your volume up and down quickly while gaming or you can also mute your volume just by pressing it in which is a great feature to have so you’re not messing with in game controls or your volume controls on the PC.
The price point is where this Keyboard really shines coming in at only 49.99 you are going to have a really hard time finding a water resistant RGB keyboard of this quality at around the same price and Steelseries customer service is known to be exceptional which really seals the deal on this budget keyboard I’d highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a quality water resistant gaming keyboard that doesn’t want to break the bank.
